Yardımcı Pazarlama A.Ş.  started rendering service in 1991. It operates Metropol Shopping Mall in Kocaeli of which property belongs to Nazif Yardımcı. As of the completion of this enterprise, it has an experience of years in carpark management, supermarket management as franchising and gas station management.  

It stil continues to manage 19 stores, 3-storeyed closed area of 3000m2 and a gas station. It carries on its activities in retail trade sector withour sacrificing from unconditional customer satisfction and high-quality products. Gas station carries on its activities under the brand logo of BP (British Petrol).
